Zaytoon was started by two friends — one from Bosnia, one from Turkey — with a shared love for the Mediterranean’s warm, welcoming culture and kitchen.

Our story

In Denmark, we’ve met friends from Lebanon, Morocco, the Middle East, Turkey and the Balkans.

That diversity, and the joy of sharing a good meal, is what we want to bring to Horsens.

Zaytoon means olive, an old symbol of peace and friendship.

Our dishes, large and small mezze, are made to be shared in good company.
